Caught on Camera
Just like in ”Big Brother”, the cameras installed around Ramat Hanadiv photograph the park’s residents throughout the day and night. The cameras, which are used to collect information for research and nature conservation, often also give us touching pictures of our residents. Here are some of them:
Most wildlife activity here occurs at night. When the park is closed to hikers, they begin to celebrate… moving freely, searching for water, food, partners… That’s why it’s so important not to disturb them: enter the park only during opening hours, and keep your dog on a leash. After all, we’re only visitors here; just as we need peace and quiet, so do the park’s residents.
